The Four Desires / Discover Your Dharma

Much of our suffering comes from not knowing who we truly are and what we are here to do. This program, Discover Your Dharma, is a 6-week deep dive into the revelation of understanding your unique Self and how you will best weave your thread into the fabric of life. You will be guided through meditations to access your inner wisdom, as well as self-inquiry and writing exercises that will help to peel away the layers to experience the core of your being. True Self-knowing is one of the aims of yoga - the union of mind, body, and spirit, and the state when we are our most empowered and aligned. Equally important is understanding your limiting beliefs; the stories and narratives that you have created that are standing between you and the life that you not only truly want, but deserve. This knowledge, along with the tools to create a life of purposeful and heartfelt intention, will give you a new blueprint that will be your guide to becoming the architect of your life.

This program is based in the process of the Four Desires, as written by Yogarupa Rod Stryker, and is one of the most concise and practical approaches to give us access to this inner knowing. Leaning on ancient wisdom from The Bhagavad Gita, Gheranda Samhita, The Upanishads, and the Tripura Rahasya, these practices and techniques are time -tested and powerfully effective in moving us towards living a life of purpose, meaning, contentment, joy, and freedom. As a Certified Four Desires Trainer and Coach, I have had almost a decade of guiding people through this powerful process. It has not only affected my life in profound and meaningful ways, but I can speak to the efficacy of these practices as it relates to past clients and students. The people who have walked through this program come away with a renewed sense of joy, purpose, and freedom.

We will meet on Zoom over the course of 6-Sundays from 10 a.m. to 12 noon CST beginning on Sunday, March 7th. No meeting on Easter Sunday, April 4th. Each class will be a combination of all or some of these techniques and modalities: meditation, discussion, Yoga Nidra, and self-inquiry exercises with journaling either in the Four Desires Workbook or in your own notebook. Consider this an investment in yourself!

Cost is $400 and there are 2 scholarships available. For more information and to register, email me directly at info@betsyweiner.com.
