Women & The Body: 5 -Week Series with Betsy Weiner and Justyn O'Neill

Are you ready to let go of negative thought patterning? Are you ready to re-access the ability to connect to your body’s intuition? Are you ready to step outside of conditioning? Can you imagine that you might find acceptance and love for the body that you live in, just as it is, right this minute?

As women, we are raised and conditioned to fit into certain roles. We are fed to believe that we must present ourselves in a specific way (or ways). Whether these messages were implicit or explicit, we have been shaped, literally and figuratively, by these constructs, pressures, and expectations. During this 5 -week series our intention is to identify these limiting beliefs, examine how they have impacted our sense of self, specifically as it relates to ourselves and our bodies that we inhabit, and dismantle the internal story that kept us from fully accepting who we are.

Meditation 101

This workshop is both in person AND online.

If you are new to meditation, a sometime meditator, or a daily practitioner, this workshop is for you! Your mind is a muscle that, over time, can learn new pathways and new ways of observing both your inner and outer worlds. We work with the natural tendencies of the mind in order to gain access to spacious awareness; and eventually, a more calm and less reactive mind. With these practices, you will train the mind to focus, and begin to access the path to changing your habits and ultimately, changing your reality.

 You will learn:

·      What meditation is and what it is not

·      The benefits of a regular and consistent meditation practice

·      2 Practices to increase mindfulness, reduce anxiety, and find inner peace and calm

·      Tips to set up a space to support your practice

People often say that meditating is hard, but it doesn’t have to be! Remember that meditation is not practiced so that we become “expert” meditators, instead, it is to help us become more “expert” in our daily lives. Meditation provides us with the space to connect with the part of us that is undisturbed by daily life and can weather any storm.

Cost is $40 to attend either in person or online - all participants will receive recordings of the 2 practices!

Discover Your Dharma: 4-Week Series for Personal Empowerment

Much of our suffering comes from not knowing who we truly are and what we are here to do. This program, Discover Your Dharma, is a series designed to lead you to the revelation of understanding your unique Self, and how you will best weave your thread into the fabric of life. You will be guided through meditations to access your inner wisdom, as well as self-inquiry and writing exercises that will help to peel away the layers to experience the core of your being. True Self-knowing is one of the aims of yoga - the union of mind, body, and spirit, and the state when we are our most empowered and aligned. Equally important is understanding your limiting beliefs; the stories and narratives that you have created that are standing between you and the life that you not only truly want, but deserve. This knowledge, along with the tools to create a life of purposeful and heartfelt intention, will give you a new blueprint that will be your guide to becoming the architect of your life.

Leaning on ancient wisdom, these practices and techniques are time -tested and powerfully effective in moving us towards living a life of purpose, meaning, contentment, joy, and freedom.

You will come away feeling empowered with a renewed sense of inner joy, strength and freedom. Give yourself the gift of embarking on this sacred journey back to your most powerful Self.
