Discover Your Dharma: 4-Week Series for Personal Empowerment

Much of our suffering comes from not knowing who we truly are and what we are here to do. This program, Discover Your Dharma, is a series designed to lead you to the revelation of understanding your unique Self, and how you will best weave your thread into the fabric of life. You will be guided through meditations to access your inner wisdom, as well as self-inquiry and writing exercises that will help to peel away the layers to experience the core of your being. True Self-knowing is one of the aims of yoga - the union of mind, body, and spirit, and the state when we are our most empowered and aligned. Equally important is understanding your limiting beliefs; the stories and narratives that you have created that are standing between you and the life that you not only truly want, but deserve. This knowledge, along with the tools to create a life of purposeful and heartfelt intention, will give you a new blueprint that will be your guide to becoming the architect of your life.

Leaning on ancient wisdom, these practices and techniques are time -tested and powerfully effective in moving us towards living a life of purpose, meaning, contentment, joy, and freedom.

You will come away feeling empowered with a renewed sense of inner joy, strength and freedom. Give yourself the gift of embarking on this sacred journey back to your most powerful Self.
