Monthly Community Meditation Gathering: October

Group meditation allows us to draw on community in order to deepen our experiences of mindfulness and connection with ourselves and others. These small gatherings are held in my home once per month, and give us an opportunity to join in a space of open mindedness and intention. Each session consists of discussion, practice, and time for Q & A. Open to any/all who are interested, whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner.

Investment:$25 ($1 of each registration goes to support The Holistic Life Foundation)
