4-week online series: Meditation for Daily Living

This online meditation series is for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Each session is guided with practices that will help you live life more mindfully, more calm, anchored to peace and equanimity. Learn how to utilize techniques in meditation and apply them to daily living.

Each session is recorded so if you are unable to attend live, you have access to all practices.

Online only on Wednesdays, February 22nd through March 15th from 5:30-6:00 p.m. CST

Once registered and payment received, Zoom link will be sent for entire series.
